I’ve tried kojic acid before and it did nothing.
Most kojic acid soaps have the wrong concentration or zero supporting ingredients. SOMNIV pairs it with turmeric to tackle the inflammation that keeps dark spots coming back, that combination is what makes the difference.
It dried my skin out badly.
That’s because most kojic acid soaps strip everything. SOMNIV is handmade with shea butter, coconut oil and glycerin so it cleanses and nourishes at the same time.
How long will it actually take to work?
You’ll notice smoother skin and reduced redness by weeks 3–4, with visible fading of dark spots and bumps by 60 days. Consistency is the only thing standing between you and results
What if it irritates or burns my skin?
Burning is caused by dangerously high concentrations found in unregulated soaps. SOMNIV is handmade within the safe 1–2% range, always patch test first and lather for 30–60 seconds before rinsing.
The bar will melt away too fast.
Store it on a draining soap dish between uses and it will last 4–6 weeks. Leaving it sitting in water is what dissolves it, keep it dry and it goes the distance.
